Online Customer Service Representatives Offsite, Home-Based
15 Part Time positions 20-30 Hours weekly

Part-Time Customer Service Representatives Responsibilities:
- Respond to numerous email, chat and phone inquiries
- Use standard technology: telephones, e-mail and web browsers
- Assisting callers in finishing online applications
- Complete daily electronic call logs
- Adhere to privacy rules
- Connect callers with management as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the programs we service
- Report problems through an easy online ticketing system
- Respond to communication inquiries within set time parameters
Pay and Benefits:
Base Salary = $17.50/hour
A variety of shifts that meet lifestyle and family goals and time zones are available
Ideal Candidates:
Have 6 months+ of customer service experience
Speak and read English clearly
Type a minimum of 35 WPM
Work effectively within deadlines from a home-based environment.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and like helping people
Easily organize simultaneous tasks
