Job Description
12 openings, $20/hour. We have an immediate need for Customer Care Assistants to help with our critical data needs.
You will be taking inbound calls from customers in order to obtain vital information for their financial and other information.
You will go through a checklist with each customer to obtain necessary information. That information will be entered line by line into an online form and a report will be issued and sent to a list of organizations.
Qualifications
Education/Certifications High School Diploma or GED
Work Experience Previous customer service experience preferred. Financial, banking, or government experience is helpful but not required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities – Excellent computer abilities to navigate our database systems, as well as the Microsoft office
- Basic data-entry and typing skills A MUST
- Basic mathematical abilities helpful
- Stable home office environment with a quiet place to work, a phone line, computer, printer and access to a variety of software. (We will cover all expenses associated with your wired phone line and software to access our system)
- Schedule flexibility to work 40 hours per week including days, evenings and weekends
- Ability to effectively communicate in a respectful and assertive manner
- Willingness to submit to and pass E-Verify and background check
- Ability to feel comfortable sitting for most of an 8h shift
