Seeking online Billing Clerks for a growing nationwide dental group. Entry level position with strong opportunities for growth!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Process electronic claims reports and make any corrections that are needed in order for claims to be sent electronically in proper formats. Request any additional information from office that is needed to make these corrections.

• Create claims reports daily. Request any additional information that is needed from the individual offices in order to send out claims for payment.
• Send out claims and document billing notes via secure email.
• Process requests via email from offices in the field.
• Send out all re-submittals.
• Create lab claims with attached lab slips for regional offices.
• Run weekly reports for unbilled insurances.
• Process attachments through NEA.
• Work with your Auditor and Claim tracer in processing claims.
• Provides customer service to the affiliated dental practices, through the call center, as well as email.
• Maintains an appropriate professional communication and demeanor in accordance with Company policies.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, as well as State, Federal and other regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements

• Be familiar with current computer programs. Must have documented experience with online databases for document storage. 
• Basic mathematical skills required to calculate fees and payments accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick learner/enthusiastic/positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a online setting. Familiarity with online file transfers, and web based storage.
