We are expanding our customer service team. To accomplish this, we depend on our Online Virtual Associates to provide a courteous, helpful and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers. Home based virtual assistants but must be able to work various shifts per week. F/T hours any combination up to 8 hours per day, Mon-Sat 9am -6pm eastern time zone.
DUTIES:
Resolves customer service issues appropriately and competently.
Performs internet research.
Creates letters, performs data entry, and responds to emails and chats.
Full-time or part-time.
Qualifications:
- Solid customer service skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Self-motivated, works quickly and efficiently on multiple tasks
