Non profit seeking 14 Contract Administrative Assistants to work remotely.

The Office Manager / Executive Administrative Assistants Role:
- Will perform data entry
- Will work with the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees to create documents and reports
- Will prepare correspondence, reports and special projects, Power Point presentations, Excel spreadsheets and memos/letters in Word
- Monitor the email, mail and telephone messages for the Executive Director
- Will maintain and update personnel files and all training records
- Will act as executive secretary for the Board of Directors and Board of Trustees
- Coordinate meetings with members
- Record minutes and attendance via video
- Update our Amazon Prime Marketplace listings and manage our charity donations from the Amazon program
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient at Microsoft Word and Excel
