Job Description

$50,000 base plus commission. Potential to earn over $100k. 100% work from home.

Seeking high-energy, motivated, driven, and self-disciplined sales professionals to join our growing team. As a New Business Representatives, you will be responsible for account management and add on sales of our virtual suite of recruiting solutions to Fortune 1,000 companies.

Mandatory Skills 

  • Must be comfortable and experienced working from home
  • Strong technical aptitude or willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

Job Requirements

  • Call and email on a daily basis (If this scares you, we are not the right company for you)
  • Prospect, secure meetings, and close new business by qualifying opportunities with key decision makers. Decision makers are typically VP level HR managers
  • Meet and exceed all activity goals set by the company
  • Log sales activity (prospecting, opportunities, revenue, next steps) in salesforce.com
