Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for department leadership. Responsibilities include calendar management, preparing reports, handling correspondences, reception and answering telephone calls.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Administrative support to Administrator and Vice Chairs.

Work with department members, Medical Staff Office and other appropriate personnel via a virtual environment

Schedules meetings for administrator and administrative suite as necessary

Manages travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
-
Department timekeeping and related personnel functions as it relates to the hiring and separation process.

Schedules Tech/interviews and meetings
-
Voicemail management
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant Experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent Communications Skills

- Microsoft Word
- Multi Line Telephone Operational Skills
