Responsible for coordinating and implementing strategies related to specific business programs, products, territory or expansion.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Develops and maintains a positive working relationship with the member population and community organizations and groups that also work with the member population for the primary purpose of increasing enrollment and decreasing disenrollment. Ensures consistent compliance with state, federal, and company specific requirements. Develops a standard process for assessing market opportunities including feasibility and development of sponsored event programs.
Conducts marketing activities, events, exhibits, education, and presentations in an effort to gain members and maintain and/or establish relationships with providers, community, and faith based organizations. Identifies and enlists the cooperation of individuals, groups, social service agencies and other community organizations in educational and outreach activities. Identifies cultural issues regarding current and potential members; communicate those issues and concerns to management immediately. Track and monitor all individual activities for compliance and continuous improvement to ensure all activities are best aligned with the business objections.
Requires an Associates Degree or equivalent; 4 years of experience in CSR or sales/marketing environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. BA/BS preferred.
