We are currently looking for a Marketing Campaign Assistant. Remote, 100% telecommute from home. $18/hr, 2 part time openings. IMMEDIATE HIRE. Training will be conducted online so no need for face to face interaction.
We are an industry leader and U.S. manufacturer of specialty medical equipment. In these unprecedented times, we are taking important steps to support our customers and are in immediate need of two part time Marketing Assistants to help.
These successful candidates will be able to balance many responsibilities and prioritize the most critical aspects of each. This position supports the lead generation, marketing and customer service process. While we will be promoting a wide range of medical products and services to both prospects and customers, the concentration will be on new equipment.
The Successful Candidates
Have a strong commitment to providing customer service
Possesses excellent communication, time management and administrative skill.
Has the passion for customer service and administration
Able to work from home with a newer computer and MS Office
Enjoys helping support the medical community
Major Responsibilities
- Answering customer inquiries, providing information to promote our products and services
- Qualify, prioritize, track and evaluate leads
- Follow up with prospects/customers and Account Managers
- Update product and customer databases
- Create and update brochures, flyers, letters and other marketing materials
- Understand the features and benefits of products and services
- Learning about the competitive landscape and how our products are positioned
- Assisting with reporting of leads, opportunities and sales
- Provide feedback to the team to identify and correct areas that need improvement
- All other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Skills Required

- Marketing or Communications experience is helpful but not required.

- Microsoft Office Suite skills required

- Must have a private home office with updated equipment and software

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Mobile phone, printer, fax machine or service and video chat software
- Ability to vary language and tone of messages based on product and medium.
Benefits
Part time, 25 hours per week. Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday – Friday and occasional (rare) Saturdays
