Job Description
This position will facilitate website sales through use of Liveperson chat tool. 2-3 years proven telephone sales or online chat sales experience. Solid keyboard skills and experience using CRM software. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals. Knowledge of call center environment. Proven lead qualificaton skills with a strong sales aptitude. Dynamic and engaging written communication style. Excellent interpersonal and business communications skills – verbal and written. Qualified candidates may be able to work from home.
Requirements:
Ability to use written and verbal skills to establish rapport, use questioning skills to easily explore customer needs and concerns, develop and nurture prospective relationships, use non-threatening questioning skills to collect prospect profile information, quickly and easily read others through verbal and written cues, follow a logical, analytical approach to business conversations and chat dialog and sales processes.
