We are an eCommerce company that has been online since 2001. We portray a customer-first attitude which has helped us to become a fast-growing custom t-shirt and accessories business. Our customers count on us for logo’d items for their businesses, families, church and sports groups and other needs. Besides shirts, we produce sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, mugs, water bottles, bags, flags, etc. Each order is produced based on the customer’s artwork.
As an eCommerce employee, you will support our e-commerce retail environment from your home office.
Summary of Primary Functions
As a data entry, order processing specialist you play a vital role within our organization. This position works closely with our customers, graphic designers, and vendors to ensure our system is reflecting accurate information, and artwork, as well as making sure our shipments arrive on time. You are the acting liaison between our merchandise producers and our customers. You’ll be responsible for managing back-orders to ensure customers are being updated as new information becomes available, in addition to processing customer orders based on the availability of product.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage, update and reconcile purchase orders
· Effectively communicate with the production department
· Maintain an open line of communication with all customers
· Professionally respond to customer and vendor inquires in a timely manner
· Manage customer back orders on a bi-weekly basis
· Communicate pricing and vendor product changes to webteam
· Schedule, and track all deliveries
· Manage, verify and process customer orders
· Support other departments when needed
THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF YOUR JOB WILL BE ASSISTING OUR CUSTOMERS with their orders, product selection, and answering questions about what we offer and how we produce custom orders.
Qualification
· Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of data entry/order processing
· Strong work ethic, Self Starter
· High attention to detail
· Excellent problem solving and time management skills
· Proactive attitude
· Multi-tasking: Ability to work on several different tasks at a time when required
· Strong interpersonal skills: Must be able to connect with customers and suppliers and easily understand their specific needs
· Strong organizational skills: Demonstrate the ability to stay organized from a remote home based office
· Ability to communicate via phone and email in a professional manner
· Proficient computer skills with all necessary home office equipment, software and hardware
Additional Skills
· Excellent spelling, grammar and formatting skill
· Social media experience helpful with the ability to make posts, respond to posts and comments and manage the inbox
Hours/Days
· up to 35 hours per week
· Schedule can be any day of the week including Sundays and holidays
· Hours Fluctuate within: 8am to 8pm (EST)
