We are a global entertainment and broadcast media company, actively looking for a home based Digital Coordinator to join their Entertainment Digital division! This remote hire will be responsible for coordinating the production of video and design materials, optimizing assets on 3rd party GIF platforms, and providing general support to the Social Marketing team.

***This is a 6 month initial contract with the opportunity to extend or convert to a full-time, full benefit position***

This Digital Coordinator is a home based position working primarily with members of the Social Marketing team and related agencies to assist with promos, highlight clips, themed edits, original shoots, closed captioning, designed materials, and GIFs for organic efforts and paid media. 

Responsibilities:

Submit support tickets for the production and delivery of marketing materials to internal creative departments

Submit video publishing tickets and coordinate with Video Operations team to ensure videos are scheduled as requested

Track and validate video expiration dates

Upload GIFs to 3rd party platforms, and write associated descriptions

Tag photos, gifs and other media with descriptions

Desired Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred not required

Minimum 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel

Familiarity with project management software helpful

We will provide a laptop, mobile phone\ and associated software subscriptions. You must provide internet and phone service and a printer.

The Offer:

Competitive Pay: Up to $21/hour, DOE

Contract Duration: 6 month initial contract
