Job Description

The Customer Account Coordinators are responsible for managing all aspects of specific, assigned customer accounts. The duties for these positions include, but are not limited to quote and estimation processing, purchase order processing, order tracking and maintenance, maintaining weekly customer production schedules and inventory spreadsheets, emailing correspondence with customers and vendors, phone support, plus other virtual office administrative tasks and duties as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintaining superior standards through detailed order processing and accurate data entry

Monitoring orders through complete production process

Cultivating a rapport with customers to increase sales and create customer loyalty

Process sales and purchase orders to customers and vendors

Follow up on deliveries of product and inventory release schedules with customers and vendors

Provide quotes to customers for new and repeat business

Troubleshoot and work to resolve any quality issues, mis-shipments, and/or other concerns for customers

Maintain relationships with vendors

Skills and Abilities

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Well-organized, detail oriented, energetic

Ability to multitask, prioritize, follow through and stay on track

Ensure all client interactions are conducted promptly, professionally, and accurately

Proficient in Microsoft Windows, including Outlook, Access, Word, and Excel

Ability to maintain efficiency, speed and accuracy through multiple, sometimes daily process changes/updates
