12 month contract. Renewable if work is performed to standards. Currently seeking 12 Executive Virtual Assistants for home based positions based in our company’s 4 regions. These positions requires a blend of professional ,administrative and personal skills, including absolute discretion, continuous ability to multi-task, attention to detail, top level organization skills, diplomacy and tact. The positions will suit smart, highly organized pro-active self-starter who can calmly work with new and unfamiliar tasks and complete them efficiently and effectively.
Will be providing administrative assistance to the CEO/CTO/CMO and consulting staff, performing general clerical, receptionist, and office management work, helping to create a constructive and cheerful environment for the consulting staff, and projecting a professional company image through in-person (video) and phone interactions. Responsibilities include:
Perform receptionist role:
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff members
Perform general office management duties including:
Organize/maintain professional home office
Manage the interaction with offsite IT and Telecom vendors to resolve any computer/connectivity issues
Setup and coordinate team lunches and meetings
Maintain contact databases such as salesforce.com
Create and modify documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office
Any other duties to ensure smooth running of the office
Prepare and coordinate the executive’s monthly and daily schedules, agendas, to-do lists, and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
· Completed Bachelor’s or junior college degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5+ years in past positions.
· Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Assistant Administrative Manager preferred.
· Excellent professional references.
· Proficiency in Excel and Word.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multi task while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
