Remote positions, immediate hire.
Job Description:
Resolve matters of a routine nature to conserve Executives time, consistently demonstrating initiative, independent thinking, flexibility, and professional confidence.
Serves as liaison between senior executive team and their direct reports or outside stakeholders for meetings, communications, etc.
Coordinate logistics for regular and special, including: meeting rooms, hotel arrangements, catering/dining arrangements, special events/activities, and other related expenses.
Maintains daily-computerized appointment calendars; receives/screens telephone calls and emails.
Maintains Donor information by inputting, editing and retrieving information in computer systems.
As directed, will collect information, compose and communicate to the appropriate group(s) to include composing printed communication from verbal direction and/or knowledge of organization’s policies and procedures.
Make international and other travel arrangements for Executive, Donors, and other parties as directed, to include lodging accommodations, and car rental as needed.
Manages meeting arrangements/details by creating agendas, reserving room, and as needed, any equipment, meals/snacks, etc.
Coordinate and prepare agendas and documents for meetings. Attend video meetings and record minutes. Prepare, edit and disseminate timely and accurate minutes.
Compile data and prepare reports.
Creates and manages reports for Executive as directed, to include Travel & Expense Reports.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education: College studies / AA with classes in Business Administration preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years administrative and high-level leadership experience with minimum 2 years specifically involving customer service.
Equipment Knowledge: Well developed, highly-proficient skills with a PC or Mac Operating system and Microsoft Office Suite of products, including PowerPoint.
