Executive Assistants to CEO, COO, CMO

These positions supports the Chairman, Board, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Executive Officer, and other executives. Our group of companies is family owned that operates world-wide in many different fields including healthcare, medical device equipment and consultancy.





Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the executives in all aspects of daily work.
Assisting in the marketing process for new business ventures the executive engages in.
Coordinate challenging and fluctuating travel arrangements for (domestic and international) while maneuvering through COVID-19 regulations for essential workers.
Manage calendar by coordinating and scheduling all conference calls, appointments, meetings, after-hour events including dinner reservations and responding to continuously changing schedules.
Creation and management of various PPT slides. 
CRM administration which includes follow up with clients (as directed), monitoring CRM activity.

Key Competencies

“Type A” outgoing personality with a go-getter attitude to assist in the closing of business deals.
Highly organized multi-tasker, able to execute with composure under short demanding deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Not afraid and eloquent to communicate directly with C-Level Executives and top-level politicians, healthcare professionals and other professionals.
Ability to quickly and accurately prepare extensive reports including graphs, infographics, spreadsheets, and cover sheets.
Must have flexible schedule to be able to work day time or evenings as offices and clients are world-wide.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professional integrity.
Ability to communicate and work with foreign individuals

Qualifications / Education

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

Salary / Compensation:

Base Salary: $43,000 – $50,000 depending on experience
