Job Description
Privately owned and operated sales & consulting firm is looking for the right people to train to handle social media posts for our clients. $15/hr work from home, part time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communications (verbal and written); and excellent customer service skills
- Successful candidate should have 1-3 years directly related experience. in customer service, sales, or marketing
- Must have win/win attitude with high-energy leadership abilities
- Be familiar with social media and various platforms including Facebook and Instagram
Job Duties
- Post updates, comments, photos, and replies on social media
- Monitor accounts for updates, questions, and new posts
- Report, delete or ban TOS violators
- These are large corporate accounts with hundreds of interactions per day. Must be attentive and provide excellent customer service
