Job Description

Need virtual assistants to handle our online customer service 5 days a week (mon-fri) via email and live chat. Our ecommerce brand sells custom products, crafts, and personalized items including clothes, accessories, and home goods.

We are hiring 5 Email Support Assistants. You must be able to log in at 10am (EST) and stay online until 6:00. (One hour is allowed for a break/lunch – the schedule will be set with other virtual assistants to make sure breaks are covered).

You will assist customers with their orders, their personalization questions and custom orders, and answers questions about our products, processes and shipping times.

These are contract positions and we have funded 12 months. At the end of the 12 months we will evaluate your work and may offer a 12 month renewal of your contract with a raise to $16.50/hr.

We offer full training to those virtual assistants who are available to start now and are equipped with internet, a computer, a fax service and a printer.
