New Dating Service needs Remote Community Support Agents, 20 openings! $17.85/hr

Job Description

We are a growing online international dating service with over 3 million members who are making safe connections despite the pandemic situation.

We are looking to fill at least 20 part time openings for remote Community Support Agents who will work with our members from a remote or home based location.

DUTIES: answer questions, assist with new member onboarding, escalate issues through the chain of command, report concerns and violations, assist with renewals and cancellations, respond to overseas customer service agents, and respond to email.

Support our organization with professional and courteous service
Thoroughly review tickets to provide accurate information and solutions
Perform daily tasks efficiently and qualitatively to deliver world-class service
Adhere to key performance indicators
Perform data entry to keep accounts up to date

Required;

Tech-savvy with excellent written communication skills
Comfortable with reviewing sensitive, potentially explicit content without involving personal feelings or beliefs
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in order to meet required individual and team metrics
Resilient and adaptable
Full home office set-up to include internet, newer computer, mobile phone with unlimited text, and all software (we will provide up to $150 to cover your expenses related to your home office)

These are one year contracts. After 12 months, you will have the option to become a Full time employee. At that time you will receive 100% employer match on 401k contributions and other benefits.

Part time employees must be able to work a rotating shift that could include mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. $17.85 per hour. Please provide photos of your home office on your Virtual Assistant website that shows the size of your office its location in your house or apartment. We can only hire virtual assistants who are able to offer a quiet, private and professional home office.
