We are hiring 3 part-timers for great remote positions with our firm. These jobs allow you to set your own hours and work when you want. Most work can be completed in 15-25 hours per week depending on your typing and data entry skills and accuracy.
These are long-term opportunities offering 8 month contracts. After your contract expires, you can be invited to renew after an evaluation of your performance and accuracy.
We are a national software organization that offers services to the real estate and property management industry. Our emphasis is on document management and creating digital solutions for ease the workload.
Your work will involve access our document management system which contains millions of PDF files which have been uploaded by our users. You will:
- Access files that have been auto-corrected to text by our software. You will review these files for errors or omissions and fix any problems. This often involves checking the content against the original and adding any missing information.
- You will also access documents that cannot be auto converted by our system. For these files you will manually type of content into a text file. This will require a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Your files cannot contain errors!
- The PDF documents in our system can be brochures, detailed legal forms, handwritten applications, manuals and guidebooks, and similar documents.
No experience is required however you will need to pass a typing / data entry assessment to qualify. Your test must be error-free and will be times.
Please make sure that your virtual assistant website lists any experience you’ve had with data entry, typing or working with PDF files.
