Job Description

REMOTE Data Entry-Customer Service Representatives, $35,000-$45,000 per year base pay. Our generous base plus commission structure offers the typical rep up to $50,000 / year!

We are looking for Data Entry and Customer Service Representatives. Applicants must have previous verifiable work experience in a Data Entry or in a customer service role. Previous work in a home based environment preferred, not required. If selected must demonstrate a portion of home solely dedicated to home office.

DUTIES

The Data Entry/Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering all inbound calls from new and existing residential customers regarding their home security solutions.

Additional responsibilities include:

Handling customer issues, questions, and concerns regarding products

Describe products to new customers focusing on the benefits, discounts, and incentives

Processing new sales orders from start to finish

Documenting all calls including extensive data entry of customer information including contact information, location, product interests, requirements and more

Transferring calls to other call centers or departments if the customer requires additional information or assistance

Handling many calls per day

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team quotas and goals

Weekly virtual meetings with management, sales team, and administration is required

Complete weekly reports

Basic Job Requirements

– Excellent and accurate data entry skills required

– Good computer skills including experience with MS Office Word and Excel

– A fully functional home office and the ability to work from home in a professional environment

– Attention to detail.

– Accuracy/Efficient
