Job Description

Data Entry / Customer Care Agents needed to work from home. $19 per hour, 40 hours per week. Payment: Weekly. Benefits Offered: Medical, Vision, Life.

We are looking for a full time staff member to work from home performing the following duties:
  • Assist our customers by returning telephone calls.
  • Make arrangements with customers to pay balance in full or set up the best possible arrangement
  • Document all account activity on a daily spreadsheet
  • Change records, update files, make corrections to contact information and other general maintenance to our customer database
  • Enter new customer data

Must have experience with various software programs and be able to enter data quickly and accurately. Must have excellent customer service skills. Experience working as a data entry agent and customer service provided highly preferred. Experience working from home preferred however will consider virtual assistants who have completed training, certification or other career programs. Must be wiling to work full time Monday – Friday.
