Job Description
Data-Entry Specialists, 25 openings, IMMEDIATE HIRE, $17/hr
Seeking candidates for a nationwide business with locally-owned offices all across the country. Virtual assistants will be assigned to each local branch – full and part time opportunities are available.
Required skills:
- Capable of multi-tasking as urgent special projects are the norm
- Knowledge of administrative procedures for letter and memo formats and other document preparation guidelines
- Must have a newer computer, printer, internet access and access to video chat software, the Microsoft Office Suite, and a mobile phone
- Knowledge of Excel is preferred
- Fast and accurate data entry/10-key skills required
- Knowledge of the internet to access various online portals
- Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new proprietary business specific software programs as needed
Ideal Qualifications and Characteristics:
- Quick learner, able to incorporate new knowledge into processes
- Excellent overall verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner with all levels of management and staff while being flexible and collaborative
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Self-starter with strong time-management, organizational, and proactive problem solving skills
- Able to deliver superior customer service to clients while developing and building effective working relationships
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Minimum 3 years Administrative Assistant experience
- Experience in and working knowledge of business/office administration

Candidates must be:
- Over 18 years old
- Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
- Provide two positive professional work references
- Must have proof of eligibility to work in the US documents.
