Job Description

6 month project. Multi openings. $16.50 per hour, no benefits. Work 10-20 hours per week. Immediate hire. 

We are one of the oldest commercial investment companies in the US and are expanding our call center, as a result we are looking for temporary Customer Service and Data Entry Operators to work in a home based environment.

Applicants must be well versed, detail-oriented candidates, with exceptional time-management skills. Will be responsible for entering information into a computer database from a variety of resources.





Basic duties

  • processing incoming orders and account changes
  • offer personal responses to customers  
  • ensure timely and accurate completion of client requests
  • communicate with client representatives as needed to resolve issues
  • review and apply special requests 
  • performs other duties as assigned
  • update records and correct data

REQUIRED

Proficient computer skills. Accurate data entry skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote home based office environment. Dependable, organizational skills, good communication skills and attention to detail.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years relevant work experience
Customer service experience
Ability to enter data into a free text form

*Helpful but not required: Investment, finance or banking experience.
