Part time, 10 openings. Remote work at home. $20-$25 per hour
We are looking for Community Coordinators to engage with our client’s followers, fans and customers on social media. You will help online users in Facebook Groups, Facebook business pages, membership website communities, small groups, internal communities, paid membership sites, business social media pages, and other digital communities.
Job Details
- Moderate all discussions in free and paid Facebook Groups
- Moderate all discussions in online private groups
- Moderate all discussions on other social media platforms such as Instagram, Reddit, and Twitter feeds.
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Increase brand loyalty and advocacy through meaningful conversations
- Help increase customer service satisfaction, revenue, retention, and resale and decrease credit card declines and customer service tickets
- Maintain a positive brand reputation online
- Capture testimonials and request reviews online
Responsibilities
- Start conversations by reply to posts and starting new ones
- Delete SPAM wherever comments are posted
- Reply to all Facebook Ad Comments, Page Comments and Page DM’s
- Reply to all Instagram Ad Comments, and Post Comments
- Reply to all YouTube Comments
- Reply to all Twitter Comments
- Reply to all Community Influencer Page Comments
- Reply to all LinkedIn Comments
- Capture screenshots of positive Testimonials
- Reply to email tickets, website tickets and private group posts
- Reply to live chat messages and chats
- Share links to videos, faqs and other help documents
- Perform data entry to update customer accounts and handle all payment and login account issues
Requirements
- Enjoy working online and have all necessary equipment, software and hardware to work from home
- Have Customer service experience or experience working with social media or online communities
- Have experience being on a remote team (helpful not required)
- Be extremely organized, reliable and have a positive attitude
- Be tech savvy
- Be an effective communicator, especially in writing. your grammar skills should be top-notch
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment from your home office
- Experience with Facebook Group Management helpful
- You jump at the chance to grow, both professionally and personally
Compensation
$20-$25 per hour based on experience
