RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking a Customer Service Account Manager to join dynamic and growing organization.Responsibilities:
- Provide full account management support to business, commercial, industrial, national, and/or government customers
- Handles escalated customer requests and complaints and interfaces with vendor partners and management to resolve
- Customer support and resolution includes high exposure, escalated calls such as executive level complaints, calls from media, attorneys, and or issues escalated to the CCC
- Data input; program enrollment and cancellations
- Data handling and processing in Excel
- Other special projects involving customer transactions
- Performs other customer support tasks such as claims processing and resolution, contractor invoices, enrollment, billing, fulfillment, etc
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong work ethic and dependable – on time, focused on the work
- Positive attitude, team player
- Competent in Excel
