Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Seeking a Customer Service Account Manager to join dynamic and growing organization.Responsibilities:

  • Provide full account management support to business, commercial, industrial, national, and/or government customers
  • Handles escalated customer requests and complaints and interfaces with vendor partners and management to resolve
  • Customer support and resolution includes high exposure, escalated calls such as executive level complaints, calls from media, attorneys, and or issues escalated to the CCC
  • Data input; program enrollment and cancellations
  • Data handling and processing in Excel
  • Other special projects involving customer transactions
  • Performs other customer support tasks such as claims processing and resolution, contractor invoices, enrollment, billing, fulfillment, etc

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong work ethic and dependable – on time, focused on the work
  • Positive attitude, team player
  • Competent in Excel
