The Customer Service & Sales Coordinator positions are entry level positions that interact with customers to provide and process data in response to chat or email inquiries. Positions ease customers concerns, and requests about products, services, and deliveries. These positions serve as the “front line” between our clients and consumers, and is essentially the eyes, ears, and voice of the brand. All new hires will be trained in all product knowledge and customer service / sales techniques and how these translate across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer transactions such as contracts/purchase orders, repair quotes, and customer part returns in a timely manner into an ERP/SharePoint system.
- Follow up on assigned customer leads and business prospects daily through direct contact on multiple channels
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustments within the system; and following up to ensure resolution.
- Regularly update and distribute reports as required to customers and internal departments
- Understand and manage customer portals effectively and ensure accurate order book alignment with customer order books or portals, reviewing at least weekly and aligning with customer.
- Attend regular online team meetings daily to strategize territory and product plans
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed HS Diploma or GED
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Minimum of five years of experience using MS Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by export laws of the US. In order to be eligible you must be either a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed Associates Degree
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience dealing with customers in a very professional manner both in person, phone and written communications
