Job Description
$38,550 Full-time w/benefit, $18/hr part time – Virtual, remote work from home. Immediate hire. 6 openings.
We are a well-established company looking to fill remote staffing positions. These positions involve an extremely high level of organization, existing home office and equipment, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and the ability to prioritize tasks assigned. Applicants should have exceptional data entry skills, computer literacy, and data entry speed / accuracy.

- Positions will involve multiple duties including but not limited to;
- Call Screening
- Customer Service
- Live Chat Support
- Order Support and Processing
- General office duties: data entry, document preparation, report creation
- Invoicing, billing and payment entry
- Digital accounts updating (name and address fields, etc)
Requirements:
Excellent phone and customer support skills
Proficient typing skills (minimum of 40 words per minute)
Multi-tasking abilities
Attention to detail with a High level of accuracy
Dependable and Reliable, Punctual
Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Experience in QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
Speak and Write clearly in English
Full time positions offer an excellent compensation package: Hourly based on experience. 401K Available. Growth opportunities exist. Part time positions offer flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
