If you have great people skills and enjoy helping travelers find the perfect villa or vacation home, this job is for you.

We need full-time Vacation Rental Assistants who are interested in the travel industry and would like to become experts on private rental homes and cabins located all around the world.  These are entry level openings and NOT in a call center environment. You will be working from your home, researching vacation homes, adding listings to a database, searching the database for clients, and helping travelers find the perfect home for their trip. Other duties include assisting owners with changes and updates to their property listings, calendars, and rental rates. As needed you will upload new photos, write short descriptions, and share links via social media. You will also need to respond to requests via email, text, voicemail and social media. 

Requirements

The Entry Level Vacation Assistant works in a home based environment that is fully equipped to include internet, a newer computer, printer, and mobile phone with unlimited plan. (We will cover the expenses associated with the calling plan but you must provide the phone). 

Excellent customer service skills a MUST. Minimum 10+ years of experience or completion of training.
