Part time, $18/hr, multiple openings to work remotely from home. Up to 32 hours per week. Various schedules and shifts available. Current available shifts include early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

As a Web Chat Specialist, you will:
- Work out of an approved home office and help customers using web chat technology.
- Help customers with their accounts. People chat with us because they have billing questions, are having product and service trouble, need to upgrade or downgrade their accounts, and want or need to buy products. We’re here to help them.
- Listen, understand, and take quick action. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help get their problems solved. You’ll do both.
When you join our team, we will:
- Start you off with an hourly pay, $18/hr
- Earn more income through commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
Job Requirements. You’re qualified if you:
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have excellent typing, data entry and tech skills and know your way around a keyboard.
- Display basic internet and window based computer skills
- Love to help people.
- Are a good multi-tasker. Our web chat representatives usually are interacting with 2-3 customers at a time.
- Previous experience in customer service a plus
- Must be able to type 35 WPM
- Positive and professional demeanor
