Job duties of a Customer Relationship Manager include:
Product knowledge and sales training course
Conducting daily sales presentation for our client
Acquire new customers on behalf of our client
Provide in-real-time customer feedback to client’s
Understand and analyze market trends
Upon completion of training and proof of competency in sales, train newer employees in products and sales techniques
Job Requirements
