GENERAL FUNCTION: Operating within the policies of the regional offices, these positions are responsible for providing a full range of administrative support of a confidential and challenging nature. Provides administrative support to the Corporate Offices and Association Branches, with a focus on Development.
Full Time

$14.00 – $16.00 /Hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Development Team Support
-
Support the Annual Giving Coordinators, Managers and VPs of External Affairs with all Donor Relations.

Provides administrative support to execute and complete Annual Giving projects
-
Assists with Association Auditing during campaign season.
-
Assists in the tracking of the donor database resource file.
-
Supports the work of monthly invoicing for the Association.
-
Assists in managing mailing lists for donors.
- Supports donor communication.
- Supports event site contracts with the onsite vendor
Corporate Office Support
-
Manages Corporate Board & Executive Committee communication, meeting materials, and meeting logistics.
- Demonstrate and support the objectives of the Association as embodied in the mission statement and values.

Provide varied, complex and often confidential liaison, communication, secretarial and office administrative assistance to corporate staff and departments.

Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, emails, memos and reports for the Leadership Team and as assigned.

Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.

Coordinate meetings, events and required arrangements as needed.

Provide support to other corporate office departments as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or designated staff person.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-
3-5 years previous office experience
-
Previous experience assisting high level executive preferred
-
Previous experience typing, dictating, and recording minutes
-
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and MS Word
-
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Visual, auditory, and verbal ability to communicate effectively with people and monitor property and activity

Ability to perform light physical activity
