Job Description
Immediate need for Content Assistants for permanent positions. Work online, 2 openings. FULL TIME ONLY
Responsible for extracting content from existing documents, photographs, or files for development of accurate and up to date health information.

Manage content databases, update content, extract content when requested

Ensure content reports are consistent with required guidelines and Methodology

Research data and create reports, graphs and spreadsheets
-
Conduct systematic content reviews—including conducting research, managing updated figures and reports, acquiring full text articles etc
-
Organize and manage content by updating the database as soon as new information is reported
-
Summarize data and create infographics by using an infographic app or program
-
Summarize content by writing short descriptions
-
Monitor published literature for new research and other evidence

Respond to inquiries
-
Attend conference calls and virtual meetings, as appropriate
-
Work independently from a home office in performance of job-specific responsibilities
Required Skills:
College degree preferred but will substitute experience
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be professional and dependable
Be highly organized and detail oriented
Have proven track record of job stability
Be self-directed and able to work independently
Must be proficient in the following:
- Basic grammar, English
- Data entry
- Basic understanding of online web searches and content searches such as using Google, News archives, Legal and Medical databases, and more to find specific information
