Locations: Remote, Offices in NY and CA. VAs can be located anywhere in the U.S. as long as they are willing to work in our time zones.
Education: Minimum AA, or 3-5 years’ experience in producing well written, published articles for multiple audiences and for different levels of understanding.
Required:
Conduct research and monitor data sources. Track events that could affect stakeholders. Research policies to see what changes could be advantageous and which trends might negatively impact stakeholders.
·Conduct both internal and external communications, ensure message continuity, and coordinate with stakeholders from multiple organizations. Produce publications and informational products.
·Manage public relations inquiries; receive, review, distribute for coordination and track progress.
·Perform online content management and content publication. Support records management policies and processes. Familiar with media outlets and platforms.
·Should be able to gather, evaluate and interpret data to arrive at a valid conclusion. Ability to solve problems independently.
·Ability to manage small remote teams, ensure compliance with objectives, and report on progress preferred.
