Job Description: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Remote E-commerce Assistants to support the daily operations of our ecommerce storefronts and retailers. This role will focus on helping manage client accounts, with an emphasis on customer support for 3rd party platforms such as Amazon and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with product listings, inventory management, customer reviews, customer support, and creating weekly sales reports and inventory reports.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing ecommerce channels, focusing on product listings, pricing, and inventory across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
  • Support the execution of promotional activities and sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales goals.
  • Help with customer support by answering questions, responding to comments, and researching any issues or problems.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Respond to email, form mail, and messages sent to Amazon and other 3rd party platforms.
  • Update data, product details, make correction, add new product descriptions, and remove products that are no longer available.
  • Assist with customer reviews and engage with clients to resolve any issues or questions to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a virtual assistant is helpful, not required
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon is helpful
  • Excellent and accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
  • Customer service skills with desire to provide the best service possible
