Job Description
Executive Assistants, work remotely from home. $20/hr, 30 Part-Time openings, USA & Canada.
Working with company executives in North America, part time Executive Assistants will perform administrative and clerical work from their home based offices.
Duties include: preparing board presentations, reports, and summaries. Produces documents such as memos, letters, information sheets, and cover sheets. Transcribes board meeting from audio files. Responds to emails and voicemail messages. Makes travel reservations and organizes schedule. Maintains calendars.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required if you have admin or executive office experience or have experience maintaining a calendar and producing word processing documents such as letters and memos.
Must be organized and dependable.
Part time openings only working 30-32 hours per week.
Experience with Google Docs, MS Office including Excel, and Powerpoint.
