Job Description

Virtual Interviewers: $22 per hour, full time Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, 15 openings

We are searching for a full-time Interviewer to work from their home office. The Interviewer will specialize in assessing and pre-qualifying candidates for active positions and ensuring they meet the requisite skill set and competencies required by our clients.

Experience in Human Resources or recruiting is helpful. Training will be offered if you:

  • Have an interest in identifying top talent
  • Learning interview techniques and other processes to identify strong candidates
  • Have the ability to read scripted questions  
  • Comfortable with talking to candidates via Video and Audio calls
