Executive Assistants (Contract-to-hire) – Job ID: LMAH4

We are a U.S. based company (NY) looking for 2 detailed-oriented, trust-worthy executive assistants to assist our senior management as well as take care of human resource and operational tasks. The positions are remote with occasional sync up (Video/Slack) 1 to 2 mornings in a week at our. This will be a job you can grow into. It is suitable for person who can thrive in an ever changing, fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Closely working with the senior management team on a variety of tasks to accomplish company goals
  • Coordinate and communicate between various people in the company
  • Help sign contracts and file them in appropriate locations
  • Help onboard new employees by setting up accounts and walking them through the on-boarding process
  • Help coordinate with management on escalated issues for approvals, hardware requisitions and similar requests
  • Fantastic communicator (verbal and written). You are capable of creating correspondence, presentations, memos, and instructions
  • Incredibly organized, good at prioritization, and can handle multiple complicated tasks simultaneously
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Excellent time and task management skills
  • Responsible and available, able to work independently
  • Able to look ahead and anticipate future problems
  • Willing to take the initiative to accomplish goals
  • Friendly, engaging, and welcoming to clients and staff
  • Familiar with Excel, Word, and Outlook

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar role
  • Bachelors degree in arts/language/communication/business

Location: Remote,  sync up at NYC office 1 or 2 days a week . We will be screening applicants and will contacting applicants for interviews.

Interview Process
