New third party grocery ordering service in need of 10 part time or full time Grocery Order Representatives to work from home providing shopping support and order management for customers who are grocery shopping online. $16.50 per hour. Daytime shifts only, must be willing to work occasional Saturdays. 

Full time, 40 hours per week with benefits

Part time, up to 32.5 hours per week, with discounts, bonuses and other incentives.

JOB DUTIES

Respond to customers via live chat who have questions about grocery items

Search for products, give information on sale items and discounts, and offer product substitutions when necessary.

Follow up on orders with local grocery store to assure delivery.

Follow up with customer to assure delivery was received and order was correct.

Process any corrections, returns or errors. 

Use Excel to create spreadsheet showing summary of orders, customers, locations, times, products etc and upload to the system at the end of each shift.

REQUIRED

Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to find quick solutions for customer. Ability to build strong and long term relationships with grocery store managers and customers. Ability to become very familiar with products, prices and ingredients.

Must have:

3 years of customer service experience

Demonstrated ability to work online (with necessary software, home computer, and internet access).
