We are seeking a highly-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and analytical Marketing Assistant to assist with managing our marketing campaigns. We are looking for 2 candidates who are able to maintain a healthy home based work environment, and be able to remotely manage a team of designers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expenses, and new business data.-Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relay customer services requests.
Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases. Plans meetings and by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading online trade publications.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new projects and fulfilling requests; exploring opportunities to add to job accomplishments.
Coordinating with different media vendors on achieving deadlines and providing articles for both online and print magazines.

Managing franchisee on-boarding and franchisee support

Requirements:

Must have excellent writing and communication skills
Project Management experience preferred
Self-starter who can take direction and work remotely,independently
Possess a strong interest in marketing, sales or market research
Love for online social media-Internet and research savvy; strong computer skills; strong familiarity with networking sites

REQUIRED: College degree with preferred majors: Business, Economics, Communications/Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, Psychology or 3-4 Years relatable experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 to $23.00 /hour

Experience Preferred: 3-4 years Relatable or Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
