Established organization that sells popular monogrammed items including jackets, umbrellas, bags, scarves, and more, is looking for 5 self–motivated full time Ordering Processing and Marketing Assistants to help us with our partners that include Amazon and other 3rd party retail distributors.
Excellent customer service to include the ability to work with individual customers who are ordering personalized items.
Must have the ability to create spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Excel
Must be able to upload photos and send product photos to customers via email.
Must be able to create invoices, letters, receipts and other documents.
Must be able to obtain correct customer information including addresses and order specifics (such as monograms, colors, and custom requests.)
Must be flexible and available to work online. Those who are familiar with Amazon Prime and the Amazon website will be given priority consideration. We will also give preference to those who are available to begin working immediately.
