Job Description
Seasonal Customer Service Representatives (With the potential for a year round position that would offer benefits) to work with us beginning immediately. We market and sell our products on Amazon and are experiencing high-demand. We need help with processing orders, handing customers, uploading products, descriptions and photos, and social media. We will offer full training.
Salary: $22.00/hr*
Working Conditions: Home-Based 5 to 6 days a week. Hours 6:30 am to 8:00 pm, averaging 35 to 45 hours per week (start and end times vary, you can specify the shift you would prefer)
Responsible for:
- Performing product updates, product uploads and changes/corrections.
- Ensuring accuracy of new products, descriptions and information.
- Resolving customer problems promptly and efficiently in the best interest of the company and to the maximum satisfaction of the client
- Provide product information, customer support, and assist with processing orders from Amazon.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Familiar with Amazon. Strong writing skills in customer and employee correspondence. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to resolve customer complaints in a polite and courteous manner. Ability to process customer orders quickly. Ability to successfully accomplish basic data entry activities. Able to accurately type 40 words per minute. Familiarity with computers as well as Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.
