Job Description

Human Resources Assistant I (Remote Based)

Primary Function(s):

Assist Team Member Services Managers with Administration of the benefits program. This includes benefit review, renewals, selection and open enrollments. 





Job Responsibilities:

Duties include, but not limited to:

Performs claim resolution, change reporting, communicating all benefit information to employees via phone and live chat 

Develops processes in support of corporate initiatives 

Assists in the development and implementation of procedures as they relate to the Benefits/Employee experience.

Develops and maintains reports/metrics pertaining to the Benefits and supporting programs.    

Prepares reports, processes paperwork and performs other administrative duties

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge of human resources or HR administration

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Benefits programs

Description

Responds to incoming telephone calls, emails and inner office chats and direct messaging. Responds appropriately to requests for information from applicants, employees, and community members. Responsible for logging and tracking all documents submitted to assigned caseload. Assists with basic correspondence and performs data entry into computer system. 

Provides clerical support to Human Resources. Performs updating of employee information, assists in maintaining employee databases, assists with correspondence as assigned.
