Data Transcribers, Captioners & Content Servicing Specialists

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for creation of English closed captions, SDH, English templates, Transcripts and dialogue list scripts.
• QC closed captions, EDL, SDH, scripting and template files.
• Annotate key English phrases to high quality of our translation products.
• Post processing files
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required
  
  • Must be able to pass a typing test to evaluate typing skills.
  • Must be able to pass entry level dictation assessment.
  • Film/Broadcast Captioning and Scripting experience helpful NOT REQUIRED
  • Possess basic computer skills including knowledge of MS Windows.
  • Knowledge of professional scripting, subtitling, and audio software helpful not required. We offer training!
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English through reading, writing, speaking and listening.
  • Ability to hear and speak clearly in order to effectively dictate.
  • Ability to correct and edit text on a computer.
  • Maintain quality standards for accuracy and speed.
