JOB DETAILS:
Marketing Assistants (3 openings)
We are currently accepting applications for our marketing department. This is an entry level position for individuals who are seeking a career with a fast growing, well established organization. Within this role for the organization, you’ll be representing some of the most well-known and respected healthcare companies in the world. As a home based member of our team you’ll be given the resources to succeed. If you have marketing, customer service experience, please highlight this on your resume and discuss in your initial video interview.
HIGHLIGHTS OF POSITION:
- Work with healthcare organizations and businesses in North America by sharing information about our services and opportunities.
- Complete online training in SalesForce and then work with the program to update data and create reports.
Job Requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous marketing experience helpful
- Experience with SalesForce helpful, not required
- Associates degree or high school diploma with equivalent work experience
- Experience working as a virtual assistant helpful, not required
- Comfortable with a fast paced technology rich environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills, strong business acumen and a strong phone presence
- Strong desire to exceed expectations and quotas
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Highly motivated to succeed in a performance driven environment
- Ability to create reports, prepare documents, enter data accurately, understand basic healthcare terminology, and understand marketing concepts and practices.
