Responsibilities: The Data Processing Clerks perform all activities related to recruiting, HR credentialing, file maintenance and data entry, while providing staffing services to healthcare facilities in a market. Activities require achievement of productivity in recruitment, appointment setting, filling hours and shifts, and service calls with the goal of producing growth for the branches.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes and maintains employee file
Monitors employee credentials
Recruit new staff
Assists with employee on-boarding
Enters data into our system of record
Take orders from customers
Fill open orders
Obtain staff availability; find work for staff that are available to work
Make service calls to existing and potential customers
All other duties as assigned

College degree strongly preferred. Some college course work required.
1+ years of training or experience in administrative office setting, home based administrative work, or in a service related industry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems and solve them.
