With over fifteen years’ experience in customer service and administration, and extensive experience in social media development and marketing, I can offer you a wealth of experience that will cater to your customer service, online and administration requirements. After gaining a National Diploma in Management, I commenced my career as a service receptionist and database administrator with Peugeot in Durban, where I played a key role in customer service and retention. In 2003, I accepted a full time position at a branch in Cape Town, where I learned new business skills and gained experience.  I left the brand for a while, but soon returned and then I worked closely with Peugeot South Africa as a service advisor and the branch warranty administrator between 2010 and 2013.

After returning to Durban in 2014, I used the skills and experience gained in these positions to actively promote products and services online for an IT company. I have created and maintained various online marketing campaigns for the company, as well as developing social media pages for affiliates.

In 2016 I took an interest in virtual office administration and found this industry to be the perfect solution to my work-from-home needs.  I decided to use my extensive administration and customer service experience to provide a service to those that require a virtual assistant.  My most recent projects involved online analysis, research and reporting of data collected by the company, audio transcription and database management.
