This is the 2nd largest cabinet manufacture in the nation. HR for 190 plant employees. The duties in this role includes:  
Direct supervisor of HR Generalist and Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator. 
Council plant managers on employment related issues.  Create corrective action forms, performance improvement plans, and/or termination letters as needed. 
Assists in management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization’s wage and salary program. 
Created new employee handbook. 
Executed new recruitment strategy to attract and retain 100 new employees within the next six months. 
Run weekly payroll.
