Job Description

Summary: Actively seeking an Home Office Clerical Partners to provide administrative and customer service to both our internal partners and our customers through various activities.

We are looking for:

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite to include Word and Excel.

Experience with data entry. Experience with Outlook (365) preferred.

Experience with working in a customer service environment.





We prefer VOT workers who have verified, previous experience and full access to software and hardware platforms. High speed internet is required for consideration. 

The Clerical Partner must have exceptional administrative skills (coordination of travel, expense reporting, schedule coordination, meeting preparation, etc.), a positive and tactful demeanor, professional presence, high energy, excellent communication skills, a talent for assisting in coordinating inside a dynamic environment of senior management, and the ability to operate independently. This is a great opportunity for someone who thinks on their feet, is proactive, a self-starter, and who stays ahead of the professionals he/she will support.
 
Essential Functions:
  • Expense reimbursement, travel coordination, phone support, and logistics
  • Appointment scheduling, tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate executives’ printing, mailing, couriers
  • Preparation, setup, and cleanup of Sharecare-hosted client meetings and executive-hosted internal events.
  • Generate reporting and disseminate information for weekly company updates and other meetings
  • Run, create, PowerPoint slides, document weekly team virtual meetings and coordinate any required follow-up
  • Note taking and summarization of points for certain key meetings (via Skype or similar service)
  • Provide support for collaboration tools, network connectivity and Mac configurations
  • Other administrative support and research, as may be required

 

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in business or related concentration; or commensurate work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in professional office environment, supporting senior leaders
  • Must be tech savvy and proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; good phone demeanor
  • Professionalism and discretion
