At our disbursed Inbound Call Center, agents are primarily responsible for answering inbound chats and calls to schedule follow up appointments for our products and services. While we are a remote hire facility we maintain a high energy environment and keeping that warm and friendly image our companies expect.

Selected candidates must become familiar with all company products and services and will obtain quick and efficient solutions by understanding our customer’s personal needs. You will be the first impression our clients engage with and should have customer service or sales in your background.

Duties:

• Quickly answer calls and assist with customer inquiries
• Able to perform remote tasks independently with minimal instruction and supervision
• Defuse escalated customer calls and provide solutions
• Answers internal/external correspondence providing status updates and information regarding escalated issues
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and respect during customer interactions
• Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Navigate through multiple software windows
• Attention to detail and data entry
• Other related duties as assigned

This positions will begin as temporary full-time assignments with the opportunity to become regular full-time based on business need and performance.
